We’re looking for an eager CRM Manager to join our growing retention team. Someone who lives and breathes customer journeys, knows the ins and outs of Klaviyo, and has the knack for turning data into loyalty.

You’ll be shaping and executing strategies for a variety of eCommerce clients, helping them make the most of every touchpoint with their customers. If segmentation, automation, and experimentation excite you as much as the creative side of campaigns, this role’s got your name written all over it.

The Role 📝

As a CRM Manager, you’ll be the go-to for all things email and SMS retention. You’ll balance strategy and execution, client conversations and creative collaboration.

No two days will be the same. One moment you’ll be mapping out a customer journey in Klaviyo, the next you’ll be presenting results and recommendations to a client. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers across the marketing team to make sure our campaigns look as good as they perform.

Skills / Qualities ✍️

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing (agency side preferred).

  • Proficient in Klaviyo, or similar platforms.

  • Skilled in segmentation, automation, and personalisation.

  • Hands-on proficiency in email template creation and automation setup.

  • Experience in managing email & SMS retention strategies (flows and campaigns).

  • Confident in A/B testing and optimising strategies through experimentation.

  • A natural communicator who can educate clients and colleagues alike.

  • Strong organisational skills — you’ll be balancing multiple clients and projects.

  • Up to speed on the latest retention trends and tech.

Bonus Points ⭐️

  • Shopify experience.

  • Knowledge of loyalty, referral, subscription, or review programs.

  • Experience working with creative teams or briefing designers/copywriters.

  • Client-facing experience: presenting ideas, results, and opportunities.
