The Role
Project Managers play an instrumental role in successfully delivering client projects. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle from discovery to launch, working directly with clients and external stakeholders as a constant source of reassurance and stability.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, Designers and Developers to deliver best-in-class website projects for some of the world's leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements and delivering training and guidance on Shopify and related platforms. 

  • Overseeing multiple projects of varying complexity and requirements.

  • Providing ‘hands-on’ support to the project team, configuring apps and the Shopify platform.

  • Creating project plans, taking into consideration resource and dependencies. 

  • Identifying project risks and maintaining a risk register, with suggested mitigation strategies.

  • Being a constant source of knowledge and reassurance to the client, presenting the justifying deliverables and decisions from the wider teams, such as design, development and data.

  • Working with the Project Lead on retrospectives, constantly improving our internal processes.

  • Implementing apps and platforms from the wider ecosystem to support client goals.

Requirements & Skills

  • You have a passion for making technology make sense. 

  • You understand Shopify, eCommerce and the wider ecosystem of apps.

  • You have experience working with stakeholders with varying levels of digital experience and can adapt your communication style. 

  • You have strong critical thinking skills and can adapt to unforeseen change quickly. 

  • Experience working with creative and technical teams. 

  • You can manage your time and priorities well, across multiple projects.

  • You can effectively manage client expectations concerning project scope and deliverables.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working client-side in a digital agency.

  • Knowledge of data structures and re-platforming.

  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento / BigCommerce.

  • Knowledge of the wider technology landscape, such as ERP and PIM systems.
